SERVICES & RATES
The State of Florida has specified standard rates for notary acts, but allows notaries to set their own administrative fees.
All signers MUST be PRESENT and have an unexpired state/federal photo ID and be willing/competent to sign without coercion.

Unless noted, ALL services will be charged a convenience/mobile fee -- which starts at $25.
Notarization Stamp
This is for Acknowledgements, Jurats, Oaths, VIN verification, & Copy Certifications. Included would be most documents such as Contracts, POA, Wills, Divorce papers, School/Camp Forms, etc.
$10 per stamp
Marriage Solemnization
We used to call this elopement - but now it's a 'private service'. Marriage can be anywhere, higher travel fee might be incurred though depending on location.

Signing services for purchases, sales, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgages, etc. We can work with title and closing agencies, banks, and individuals.

This includes travel & mobile/convenience fees.

Notary for Business
This service is for senior living, clinics, hospitals, schools, law firms, insurance agencies, rehab centers, etc. We will arrive with a table and 2 chairs, and we will notarize every valid document you can bring us in an hour! Bring as many of your customers as you like, or as many documents as you need notarized.
This includes travel & mobile/convenience fees.

Mobile / Convenience Fee
This is for a standard meeting.
*If you need a Crack of Dawn / Dead of Night (9pm-8am) meeting, its $35
