Senior Concierge FAQs
I'm sure you have a LOT of questions about what may or may not be involved in hiring a senior concierge. Here are answers to some of our most-asked questions.
Are you a Home Health Agency?
No. We help out with non-healthcare daily living tasks such as shopping, errands, filing, schedule management, etc. If you or your loved one need help with daily living tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and transferring then we can refer you to qualified caregivers in the area.
Will I work with the same person every time?
We try to make sure there’s a rapport between concierge and client, so most of the time – yes. However, we do pull together as a team and fill in for each other as necessary.
Do we give up decision-making power?
Absolutely NOT! We know it’s hard to let someone come in and help with things you’ve always taken care of yourself. We can help with as much or as little as you want.
Do you take Medicare or Insurance?
Senior Concierge services are not healthcare and cannot be billed to insurance or Medicare.
How do I pay for services?
We accept checks and all major credit cards. You may pay per visit or on a weekly/monthly basis if we have a ongoing service agreement.
